These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of the domain name and its services
("Services"), which are provided by Hubei Shihanyue Trading Co., Ltd ("we",
"us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If
you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (18 or older in the European Union/European Economic Area) to
access or use our Services. If you are under the age of 18 (18 in the European Union/European
Economic Area), you must have your parent or guardian's consent to access or use our Services.
You must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

graphics, logos, trademarks, etc., are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by
intellectual property rights. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable

reverse-engineer, transfer, or sell any part of the services, use the services, or access the
services for any commercial purposes, except for limited reverse-engineering activities that may
be permitted and only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programs, and platform
to access the services, and you shall use your own anti-virus software.
You shall not abuse the services by intentionally introducing viruses, Trojan horses, worms,
logic bombs, or other malicious or technologically harmful materials. You shall not attempt to
gain unauthorized access to the services, the websites or mobile applications where the services
are stored, or any servers, computers, or databases connected to the services. You shall not
attack the services through a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service
attack. Violation of this provision shall constitute a criminal offense. We will report any such
violations to the relevant law enforcement agencies and will cooperate with those agencies to
disclose your identity to them. In the event of such a violation, your right to use the services
will be terminated immediately.
4. Virtual Currency, Virtual Goods, and Subscriptions
The Services may include virtual currency (such as coins, points, or the like, collectively
“Virtual Currency”) and/or virtual digital goods (such as assets, items, abilities, or other
content, collectively “Virtual Goods”) that can be (a) earned or obtained through use of the
Services, or (b) purchased with legal tender through one-time, automatic, recurring, or
subscription-based charges.
The service reserves the absolute right, at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, to
manage, monitor, control, modify, suspend, or eliminate Virtual Currency and/or Virtual Goods,
and shall have no liability to you or to any third party for the exercise of such rights.
You receive only a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to
use any Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods that you have earned, purchased, or otherwise
obtained, solely within the scope of the Services and only in the manner expressly authorized.
You have no other rights, title, or interest in or to any Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods that
appear or are generated in the Services.
Transfer of Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized
within the Services. Outside of the Services, you shall not sell, exchange, barter, gift, or
otherwise transfer Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods to us, any other user of the Services, or
any third party.
If you purchase access to the Services on a subscription basis, you agree, subject to applicable
laws and regulations:
- (1) such purchases or payments are generally payable in advance;
- (2) you authorize us to store the payment-method information you select (e.g., credit-card
details) in our systems and to charge the selected payment method at the relevant intervals;
- (3) if any payment made via your selected payment method is refused, declined, reversed, or
otherwise fails for any reason, we may withhold or suspend access to the relevant content
until payment is successfully processed, and you are responsible for any fees, costs,
expenses, or other amounts arising from such refusal, decline, or reversal;
- (4) upon cancellation of your subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:
- (i) all fees paid prior to cancellation are final, valid, and non-refundable without
our express consent; and
- (ii) at the time of cancellation, no dispute, claim, or potential dispute exists
between you and us, or any prior dispute has been fully resolved and settled, and
you authorize us to withdraw any complaints, reports, or chargebacks filed on
third-party platforms (including Apple, Google Play, or similar).
All sales of Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods obtained through automatic, recurring, or
subscription-based payments are final and non-refundable, except at our sole discretion. If
these Terms are terminated, your account is terminated, or the Services (or any portion thereof)
are discontinued for any reason, including our decision to cease operations, you will forfeit
all Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods, and we shall have no liability whatsoever in connection
therewith.
5. Feedback and Suggestions
We welcome and appreciate your feedback and suggestions on how to improve our Services. By
submitting your feedback and suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual,
irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate,
create derivative works from, distribute, and display such feedback and suggestions throughout
the world in any media for any purpose without any compensation or notice to you.

the Services.
We may terminate these Terms of Use, your account, and your access to the services (or applicable
parts) at any time for any reason without prior notice. If your account has been inactive for
one year or more, we may deactivate or terminate your account and delete your content.
If we suspect or determine that you may have failed to comply with these Terms or engaged in
conduct that causes liability or harm, we may take appropriate action (including suspending
access) without notifying you.
As a result of termination, you may lose your account and all associated data, virtual currency,
and virtual goods. You acknowledge and agree that in the event of any termination you will not
be entitled to any refund or compensation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hubei Shihanyue Trading Co., Ltd and our affiliates,
directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and partners will not be liable for any
direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages
arising from or relating to your access or use of or inability to access or use our Services or
content. This applies regardless of the theory of liability.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, directors, officers,
employees, agents, licensors, and partners from and against any and all claims, demands,
actions, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or
relating to your access or use of or inability to access or use our Services or content, or your
violation of these Terms.
